We're remote software engineers who got tired of wading through part-time gigs, contract roles, and listings that bury "must be local" in the fine print. Finding the good stuff shouldn't take that long.
So we put together our own list of companies with a real track record of hiring full-time remote employees, and started checking their career pages directly, every day. RealRemote is that list, automated and opened up to anyone who's serious about finding work that's actually remote.
